How Our Support Works:
When you work with us and subscribe to one of our care plans, we will be able to assist you with any issue that may arise. We will determine if the issue is something falls under the cover of the website care plan or if it is an external issue that must be escalated to the hosting company.

NB: Any additional work that is require that doesn’t fit within the scope of a simple support ticket or maintenance will be charged at $100+gst/hour with a minimum of 30 minutes, at 15 minute intervals. Jobs out of scope include advanced graphic design, advanced programming etc.

Can I Make Changes To My Website?
Most of our website packages include at least one revision round. This is the best time to tell us any changes you would like made to your website. If we can complete all the required changes during the revision phase, we can still deliver your website on time and without any additional charge.
